The trick that has solved this issue 100% is to close the Tronscan app then click on the app icon and quit the app. Then open the app, click open wallet, then click the green open wallet, click on Keystore, connect and open the Ledger Nano s then click on Ledger. I am using Tronlink Chrome extension and cannot freeze TRX even though Tronscan saids it was successfully frozen. There is no transaction record of TRX being frozen. Reading similar issues in this Github points to a problem with the Goog
